Cancellation Policy :
Aubree maintains the policy of keeping the customer first and satisfied as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
We will contact on the phone number/ e-mail id provided to us upon you placing an order to confirm the details of the order, the price paid and estimated delivery time.
You shall not be entitled to cancel the order once you have received the above confirmation from us. If an item you ordered is unavailable post confirmation of the order.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
We reserve our sole right to cancel your order if:
We cannot reach you to confirm the order.
The delivery address provided by you is not within the places of service.
Failure to deliver your order due to the lack of necessary information.
Unavailability of the items ordered.
please write email to email@example.com or 9611117777 for cancellation and refund, we will check and evaluate the transaction. After approval of the same refund will be initiated.
The refund amount is calculated by deducting 20% (shipping and internet payment charges) from your original payment.
The Refund amount will be credited to the customers bank account / wallet (from which the payment is made) in 7-10 working days post complete verification.
Product Quality Concerns:
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or product quality is not good, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team on 9611117777 within 6 hours of receiving the product. We WILL NEED you to provide us the sample for investigating.
It would take about 2-3 days for the test results to come in, after which we will revert to you on it.
