Kishore is an avid traveler and a self-taught chocolatier with a burning passion to continuously learn and explore his craft. This has resulted in one of its kind patisserie and desserts shop in Bangalore, attracting clientele filled with stars, actors, politicians and page-3 celebrities. Kishore takes pleasure in pumping life into every dish with his vast experience, creative flair and ardent passion for the culinary arts. His expertise contributes to the high standard and quality of every dish served at Aubree.
Kishore comes from a Telecom Retail experience his mantra for success has always been that never hard sell a product to customer, give them an experience the sale will happen without pushing.
He leads a team of talented pastry chefs with years of refined experience in the art of chocolate making. With in-depth research and soul searching on flavours and blends, Kishore and team Aubree has created a range of both classic and unusual cocoa samplings and desserts, with the sole purpose of transforming guest’s experience into a memorable one.
